Dr. Natasha J. Tennison is a highly respected Organizational Psychology Consultant, NLP Practitioner, and Certified Life and Career Coach with a robust background in both psychology and leadership development. With a PhD in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Grand Canyon University, Dr. Tennison specializes in counterproductive work behavior (CWB) and emotional intelligence (EI) among leaders, focusing on strategies to mitigate toxic behaviors and foster positive workplace cultures. Her research in emotional intelligence and CWB provides a foundation for her evidence-based approach, which is further enhanced by certifications in Christian Counseling, Life Coaching, and Neuro-Linguistic Programming.
